From November 13th until November 22nd, 2017, the Thai Navy hosted the International Fleet Review 2017 in Pattaya.
On November 19th a Parade on Pattaya Beach Road should be the first highlight of the event, but obviously the Weather God is a Pacifist.
He stoped the event with a heavy thunderstorm.
The event should mark the 50th anniversary of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean).

 Just as the last Parachutist touched the ground, the Weather God opened his water gates and flooded Pattaya Beach Road

  About an hour later, the Military Junta restarted the show under the (unofficial) slogan Walking in the Water...
