Almost all fruits contain fructose, a natural kind of sugar. Fructose doen't have harmful efects, as long as it not contributing to excess daily calories. This is because the fibre found in whole fruits is intact, and the sugar is contained within the fruit's cells. It takes our digestive system a while to break these cells down and for fructose to enter the bloodstream. But that's not the case with fruit juice. In a fruit juice most of the fibre has been removed. As with ordinary sugar or honey, fibreless fructose is absorbed more quickly and is increasing the risk of developing type 2 diabetes. It’s recommended by the World Health Organisation that adults have no more than 30g of added sugar, the equivalent of 150ml of fruit juice, per day.

Tee Rak A Go-Go announced to open on February 14th. on Valentine's Day, its bar. But the opening failed because the licence didn't arrive at time.
